Cancellations during the stay
In case you decide to reduce the duration of your booking after the check-in date, you

If cancelled 7 days prior to the arrival date 50% refund will be processed and will
attract 5% of nominal charges
If cancelled within below 7days to check in date, will attract no refunds or credits

The resort provides an extra mattress in Cottages, at an additional charge of Rs.500/day
There is only a first-aid facility in the resort.
There is no doctor-on-call available at the resort
The nearest hospital is 18 km and 20 minutes from the resort
24-hour Cottage services are available at the resort
Non-occupants are not allowed to the cottages
About Cafeteria
Guests can enjoy meals at Myna cafeteria during the following fixed hours:
• Breakfast: 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM
• Opens : 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Day outing packages that are inclusive of meals can be redeemed myna cafeteria at the
property.
Myna cafeteria offers either carte or buffet meals depending upon the operational
convenience. However, guests may ask for any specific food preference from the menu as
desired
In-Cottage dining services are available at the resort. We take orders from 08:00 AM till
09:30 PM
Activities policy
Usage of the Swimming Pool is complimentary. Guests should carry nylon cloths. Nylon
cloths are also available at our revenue shop at additional cost.
Bonfire will be arranged on demand at an additional charge of Rs.500/-
Guests are welcome to engage in all games, and once they have completed the activities,
they are kindly requested to hand over any borrowed items to the designated person near
the respective activities.
Guests are failure to handover properties to designated person will be charged according
to the item cost.
Any properties that have been damaged require inspection by the designated person, who
will assess the situation and have the authority to make decisions regarding the
affected items

then cancellation policies of the Go Ranch Resort will apply.
When a customer makes a reservation through an OTA,
guests are subject to the OTA's terms and conditions if they need to cancel their
booking

it is important to clearly inform them that the resort management is not responsible for
issuing refunds.
