Terms and Conditions for GoRanch Resorts

1. Booking and Payment:

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.
Full payment is typically required at the time of booking or upon arrival.

2. Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time is at 02:00 PM.
Early check-in may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Check-out time is at 11:00 AM.
Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

3. Resort Rules and Regulations:

Guests are expected to adhere to all resort rules and regulations.
Quiet hours are observed from [time] to [time].
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the resort.

4. Liability and Responsibility:

The resort is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience experienced by guests during their stay.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the resort's property during their stay.

5. Guest Responsibilities:

Guests are expected to treat the resort's property with care and respect.
Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations.

6. Force Majeure:

The resort is not liable for any disruptions or inconveniences caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters or emergencies.

7. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from the guest's stay at the resort will be resolved through arbitration or mediation.

8. Updates to Terms and Conditions:

These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
Guests will be notified of any updates to the terms and conditions.
By making a reservation at GoRanch Resorts, guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Refund Policies for Goranch Resort

1. No refunds is available on spot cancellations.

2. No refund for cancellation less than 48 hours before check-in-date

3. 50% of tariff for cancellation less than 7 days before check-in-date

4. 10% of tariff for cancellation 7 days before check-in-date

10% of tariff for cancellation 7 days before check-in date.
50% of tariff for cancellation less than 7 days before check-in date.
No refund for cancellation less than 48 hours before check-in date.
There are no refunds or credits issued for early checkouts.
One rescheduling is free if requested two or more than two weeks before check in date
Once rescheduled there is no further change or cancellation.
10% of the tariff, if requested between 48 hours to two weeks before check in date.
50% of the tariff, if requested within 24 hours to 48 hours before check in date.
No modification, if requested within 24 hours to check in.

Cancellations during the stay

In case you decide to reduce the duration of your booking after the check-in date, you will be charged for the entire stay originally reserved.

Cancellation Charges for Long weekends

If cancelled 7 days prior to the arrival date 50% refund will be processed and will attract 5% of nominal charges
If cancelled within below 7days to check in date, will attract no refunds or credits issued.

Resort Policy

Children have access to the resort
One Child Complimentary Per Room Up to 05 Yrs. on Sharing Same Bed.
Extra Person Above 05 Years Would be charged As an Adult
Infants between 0-11 months will be considered under the conditions that
Guests with children between the ages of 12-15 must carry valid ID proof at the time of check-in
Valid Government Photo Id with Address Required on Check-in Time. For Foreign
Nationality Valid Passport & Visa Required Upon Check Time.
All bookings will be confirmed with 100 % advance payment
Check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 Am
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and subject to additional charge
Triple occupancy applies in all Cottages.
The resort provides an extra mattress in Cottages, at an additional charge of Rs.500/day
There is only a first-aid facility in the resort.
There is no doctor-on-call available at the resort
The nearest hospital is 18 km and 20 minutes from the resort
24-hour room services are available at the resort
Non-occupants are not allowed to the cottages

About Cafeteria

Guests can enjoy meals at Myna cafeteria during the following fixed hours:

• Breakfast: 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM

• Opens : 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Day outing packages that are inclusive of meals can be redeemed myna cafeteria at the property.
Myna cafeteria offers either carte or buffet meals depending upon the operational convenience. However, guests may ask for any specific food preference from the menu as desired
In-room dining services are available at the resort. We take orders from 08:00 AM till 09:30 PM

Activities policy

Usage of the Swimming Pool is complimentary. Guests should carry nylon cloths. Nylon cloths are also available at our revenue shop at additional cost.
Bonfire will be arranged on demand at an additional charge of Rs.500/-
Guests are welcome to engage in all games, and once they have completed the activities, they are kindly requested to hand over any borrowed items to the designated person near the respective activities.
Guests are failure to handover properties to designated person will be charged according to the item cost.
Any properties that have been damaged require inspection by the designated person, who will assess the situation and have the authority to make decisions regarding the affected items

We recommend sparing a moment to read through our policies.
We request our guests to respect our policies. In case of any policy violation, the resort reserves the rights to ask guests to vacate the resort
We request guests to make prior appointments for experiences like site seeing on buggies.
Some of the activities, such as the plantation walk for instance, are dependent on seasonal and weather conditions
Images shown on the website are genuine. They will representation of every experience.

Pet lovers

Food will bought from outside are not allowed in the resort
Pets are allowed in our resort at an additional charge of Rs.500/day
Food and other material for pet is arranged according to guest request at an additional charge

About OTA’S platform online booking cancellation

GO Ranch Resorts provide information, images, and details of the properties to OTAs. However, OTAs also play a role in displaying this information on their platforms.
If guests make reservations through the Go Ranch Resort website (www.Goranchresort.com), then cancellation policies of the Go Ranch Resort will apply.
When a customer makes a reservation through an OTA, guests are subject to the OTA's terms and conditions if they need to cancel their booking
If guests cancel their booking on the OTA's platform, it is important to clearly inform them that the resort management is not responsible for issuing refunds.
